Returns Procedure
In general, Hoard practises a one-for-one exchange exchange for faulty merchandise only.

All faulty merchandise, except goods that are altered or customised, will be exchanged on a one-to-one basis. A further top up payment would be required if the goods value of the replacement product is higher. This exchange is limited to the following criteria:

1) Notification, via e-mail, within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
Items not received by Hoard Shop within 14 days from the date the claim was made, will not be eligible

2) Goods returned in stock condition with all packaging.

 

How do I arrange for an exchange?
Contact us at sales@hoardshoponline..com and quote us your invoice number, along with the problem and your contact details. We would review your situation then arrange for an exchange.

For exchanges for overseas orders, the customer would be required to pay shipping for both ways.
