Crocs Clones...You call these shoes?

Came by this from a website, Kenneth Cole's Reaction Celeb Sighting flats (bottom left). Spot the differences (similarities) to Crocs?

Yuuuucckk.....

Nice flats shape but never ever get caught wearing a Crocs or something of a semblance.

I get the point of perforated designs. But not HOLES.
Would be better off being environmental friendly & wearing these:
